HIL Consultants presented a session at the conference of the NC Association of School Business Officials on February 6. The topic was "A Look at Classified Salary Schedules and Implementation."

HIL's partners exhibited at the NC School Boards Association Conference Nov. 11-12, 2021. It was a great time to talk with school board members and superintendents about the needs of districts and how we can help. It was great to be out face-to-face meeting with district leaders!

Our team spent April 27-28 meeting with the superintendents, finance officers, and HR leaders from the Northwest RESA. We are incredibly impressed by this talented group and by the leadership they are showing during difficult times. HIL is producing a salary study of classified and some Central Office positions for this region.
